Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the shipping box and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
